Wadbuster
The patented Wadbuster® shredder/flow control developed by Chip Systems International has increased the reliability of scrap metal chip processing systems dramatically. The Wadbuster® shredder flow control may be scaled up to satisfy any infeed surge and eject tramp metal chunks without difficulty. The scalability of the Wadbuster® allows for other components within the chip processing system to be scaled to satisfy all demands whether small or large.
The small Wadbuster® is used for low capacity requirements. It is used for individual systems and pump back systems.
The medium Wadbuster® is used for industrial requirements. It is used for machine tool and screw machine applications.
The high capacity Wadbuster® is used for scarp yard and foundry applications.
